General
The Santa Clara Valley enjoys excellent weather, but sometimes conditions temporarily prevent the use of our attractions. We will make every effort to accommodate your party, but because your safety is our foremost concern, we reserve the right to reschedule your reservation during unfriendly weather. No matter the weather, though, wearing layered clothing and sturdy shoes is recommended. 

Packinghouse Tour
The following safety standards must be followed:
No sandals or open toe shoes.
No loose clothing.
No food or drink.
No photography.

Hot Air Ballooning
We accept reservations for a minimum of two people 24 hours in advance. Hot air balloon launches are typically scheduled for the early morning and late afternoon—times that allow us to get the most out of the prevailing winds. We offer two-person, 4-6 person, and 8-10 person balloons.

A 10 percent deposit is required at the time of booking and will be refunded if your party cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled departure.

Gourmet Orchard Dining
Please plan on a two to three hour event. Guests are urged to wear appropriate attire (collared shirts, no shorts) with footwear (foots, shoes with heels) suitable for orchard paths and gravel. Our heat lamps are rarely needed, but even so during the winter months we recommend layered clothing.

A 10 percent deposit is required with reservation and will be refunded if canceled within 48 hours of the event.
