Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 6 dates pitted
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 Limoneira lemon
  • Shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, add oats, dates, raspberries, and zest and juice from 1 lemon.
  • Pulse until a batter forms.
  • Using your hands, form into balls and roll in the shredded coconut.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge.
