Limoneira lemon
Shredded coconut
Instructions
In a food processor, add oats, dates, raspberries, and zest and juice from 1 lemon.
Pulse until a batter forms.
Using your hands, form into balls and roll in the shredded coconut.
Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge.
