Lemon Hummus Roll Ups with Veggies & Fruit

Ingredients

can chickpeas
drained & rinsed
1/4
cup
tahini
2
Limoneira lemons
3
tablespoons
olive oil
2
garlic cloves
Pinch
of sea salt
Tortilla
Cucumber
sliced
Carrots
Snap peas
Raspberries
Instructions
Add chickpeas, tahini, juice from lemons, olive oil, sea salt and garlic cloves to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Spread some hummus over tortilla slice and add sliced cucumber. Roll up tortilla and cut into cubes.
Add to lunchbox with carrots, snap peas and raspberries.
