Lemon Pasta, Pistachios & Orange Slices

  • 8 oz of pasta
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 Limoneira lemon
  • Green onions
  • Pistachios
  • Orange slices


  • Cook pasta of choice according to package directions.
  • Once pasta is cooked, in a large bowl add pasta, olive oil, salt & pepper, peas, lemon juice and green onion. Toss to combine.
  • In lunchbox add lemon pasta, pistachios and orange slices.
