Lemon Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Limoneira classic lemon
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl add oats, non-dairy milk, chia seeds, zest from lemon and juice from lemon. Stir to combine.
  • Cover and place in fridge overnight.
  • In a jar or bowl, add serving of overnight oats and layer with fresh blueberries.
