Ingredients

Limoneira classic lemon

rolled oats

cup
non-dairy milk

tablespoons
chia seeds
1
cup
blueberries
Instructions
In a large bowl add oats, non-dairy milk, chia seeds, zest from lemon and juice from lemon. Stir to combine.
Cover and place in fridge overnight.
In a jar or bowl, add serving of overnight oats and layer with fresh blueberries.
