Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate.
With heart shaped candy mold, pour in the melted chocolate halfway.
Chill in the refrigerator overnight.
In a food processor, add pitted dates, pecans, salt and orange zest. Pulse until crumble forms.
Add mixture to fill in the rest of the heart shaped mold and push down to set.
Freeze for 3+ hours.
Push out of molds and enjoy!
