Citrus Gin Fizz
Light and refreshing, it’s the orange flower water that gives a gin fizz its special taste. Our version adds Limoneira® lemon and orange juice for an extra tangy twist.

- 1/4 cup gin
- 1 tablespoon fresh Limoneira® lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh Limoneira® orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon orange flower water
- 1 tablespoon simple syrup
- 1/4 cup club soda
Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in the gin, lemon and orange juices, orange flower water, and simple syrup.
Cover and shake.
Strain into a tall cocktail glass with fresh ice.
Pour the club soda over the top.
