Avocado-Lemon Corn Salsa

Course Appetizer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • 2 Avocados small to medium, peeled, seeded and finely diced
  • 2-3 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon Green chili peppers minced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, gently combine avocado, corn kernels, tomatoes, lime juice, cilantro, chili peppers, and salt. Cover and refrigerate until ready to be served.
