Citrus Gin Punch
Save the peels of the fruit you juice for garnish – use a sharp knife to create colorful spirals that you can skewer with a toothpick or simply float in the punch. This recipe makes two drinks – just scale it up using 3 parts juice : 1 part gin/sparkling water.
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 orange juiced
- 1 star ruby grapefruit juiced
- 2 ounces gin juiced
- 2 ounces sparkling water
Combine the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
Divide between two tall glasses filled with ice.
Garnish with spirals of zest, or slices of fruit.
