Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups rolled oats
  • 1 Liimoneira Classic Lemon
  • 1/3 Cup sliced almonds
  • 1/3 Cup pumpkin seeds
  • 3/4 Cup flaked coconut
  • 1/2 Cup dried berries
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F Pour oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, coconut, berries, ginger powder, and salt in a bowl. Add the zest and juice from Limoneira lemon into the bowl. Mix well and spread onto a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
