Creamy Mint Lemonade Brazilian Style
Our creamy mint lemonade is based on the classic Brazilian drink called Limonada suíça. The traditional recipe uses limes. We’ve used lemon instead, with the added touch of mint to create a smoothy, creamy, cool treat for hot days.

Ingredients
4
cups
coconut water
6
Limoneira lemons
3
sprigs of fresh mint
leaves only
1/3
cup
honey
1/3
cup
condensed milk
Instructions
Wash the lemons, chop them, and remove any seeds.
Add the rest, and the mint leaves, to a blender with a little water, and pulse for 10 to 15 seconds until the mixture is more or less smooth.
Strain, and discard the pith and pulpy residue.
Combine the remaining liquid with the coconut water in a large bowl or pitcher with a mouth large enough that you can stir.
Add the honey as you continue to stir, then whisk in the condensed milk.
Serve with ice. Stir well to blend before drinking.
The lemonade will store in the fridge for up to 5 days, but you’ll want to check and adjust the sweetener as necessary before drinking.
You can also freeze it with a stick for a delicious lemon pop.
