Lemon Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 2 Limoneira lemons juiced
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until smooth
  • Serve with chopped carrots, cucumber, tomatoes and crackers

Lemon Herb Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 zucchini
  • 1/2 cup parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 Limoneira lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Using a spiralizer or julienne peeler, spiralize both zucchini into a large bowl
  • Add juice from Limoneira lemon, sea salt and olive oil into bowl with zucchini noodles
  • Add fresh herbs and toss to combine
