Citrus-Cocktail Fruit Cup
- 1 handful fresh mint
- 2 lemons sliced and cut into quarters
- 2 oranges sliced and cut into quarters
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1 orange wedge
- 4 ounces ginger beer
- 1-2 ounces club soda
- Begin to fill your glass by layering and mixing up ice, strawberries, cucumber slices, fresh mint, lemon slices and orange slices. Leave a sprig of mint for garnish.
- Pour in the gin, and mix with a cocktail stirrer. Add the juice from the lemon and orange wedges and stir again. Pour the ginger beer on top. Add the club soda last for extra fizz. Stir gently. Garnish with the leftover sprig of mint.
