Citrus Gin Punch

Save the peels of the fruit you juice for garnish – use a sharp knife to create colorful spirals that you can skewer with a toothpick or simply float in the punch. This recipe makes two drinks – just scale it up using 3 parts juice : 1 part gin/sparkling water.
Course Drinks


  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 orange juiced
  • 1 star ruby grapefruit juiced
  • 2 ounces gin juiced
  • 2 ounces sparkling water


  • Combine the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  • Divide between two tall glasses filled with ice.
  • Garnish with spirals of zest, or slices of fruit.
