HEALTH BENEFITS OF FLOAT INGREDIENTS

PEACHES

We love peaches because they are packed with nutrients. They contain vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium, niacin, vitamin E, vitamin K, copper and manganese!

Peaches also have 2 grams of fiber, which is beneficial for digestion. The prebiotic fiber found in peaches helps feed your gut microbes! These microbes ferment in your colon and release SCFA’s (Short-chain fatty acids) which not only heal your gut, but provide the body with benefits such as lowering inflammation.

GINGER

Ginger has some incredible health properties including the reduction of nausea and vomiting. Ginger can be used a morning sickness remedy and motion sickness remedy.

Ginger has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties, which may be beneficial for menstrual cramps, arthritis and sore muscles.
