WHY WE LOVE ORANGES

Navel oranges are sweet, tangy and tart and are packed with fiber! Fiber is essential for gut health, specifically the prebiotic fiber they contain. This fiber is what feeds your “good” gut microbes, which in turn, release short-chain fatty acids (SCFA’s) into your body for gut healing, lowering inflammation and preventing chronic disease. Oranges also contain a good amount of beta-carotene, which converts into vitamin A inside your body. Vitamin A is important for eye health, immune health and maintaining healthy skin!
